ARTICLE IV. 4.01 Any dispatch of equipment and personnel pursuant to this Agreement is subject to the following conditions: (a) The number of personnel and the amount and type of equipment to be furnished shall be determined by the City. (b) The City will determine when the services of its fire fighting personnel and equipment are no longer required at the scene of a fire or when its personnel are needed elsewhere. ARTICLE V. 5.01 Each party agrees to maintain its fire fighting equipment in good working order. The District agrees to make reasonable and necessary repairs to District owned equipment used by the City under this agreement when requested by the City. The District agrees to reimburse the City for expenses incunred in maintaining or repairing equipment owned by the District witlUn 30 days of being invoiced by the City. ARTICLE VI. 6.01 The City and the District specify that the governmental functions or services provided for by this Agreement are to be paid from cunrent revenues available to the parties and any payments contemplated under this Agreement will fairly compensate the performing party for the services or functions it performs under this Agreement. 6.02 In addition to expense reimbursements required under Article V of this Agreement, the District agrees to compensate the City for fire protection services provided under this Agreement in the following manner: (a) For the period October 13, 1998, through October 31, 1998, $4.000.00. 2 -
