Chapter 34, Article 1 of the San Marcos City Code is amended as <br /> follows (underlining indicates added language; an ovelstlÎke indicates deleted language): <br /> ARTICLE 1. IN GENERAL <br /> Sees. 34.001. Enforcement. <br /> Sanitarians designated by the director of the city environmental health department are <br /> authorized.to issue Municipal Court citations to enforce this chapter. <br /> Sees. 34.002--34.020. Reserved. <br /> SECTION 2. Section 34.078 of the San Marcos City Code is amended as follows <br /> (underlining indicates added language; all o~elstrike indicates deleted language): <br /> Sec. 34.078. Prohibited conditions designated. <br /> It is unlawful for an owner or occupant of a lot to cause or permit weeds, rubbish, <br /> brush or stagnant water to accumulate or remain on the lot. <br /> SECTION 3. Section 34.191 of the San Marcos City Code is amended as follows <br /> (underlining indicates added language; an overstrike indicates deleted language): <br /> Sec. 34.191. Definitions. <br /> In this division: <br /> Antique auto means a passenger car or truck that is at least 35 years old. <br /> Collector means the owner of one or more antique or special interest vehicles who <br /> collects, purchases, acquires, trades or disposes of special interest or antique vehicles or parts <br /> of them for personal use in order to restore, preserve and maintain an antique or special <br /> interest vehicle for historic interest. <br /> Junked vehicle means a motor vehicle that is self-propelled. inoperable and: <br /> <br /> (1) That is ¡nopel atÏ'v e, and <br /> <br /> (2) That: <br /> <br /> (1) does not have lawfully affixed to it either an unexpired license plate or a valid <br /> motor vehicle safety inspection certificate; -that- <br /> (2) is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled or discarded; or that 1 ema;Ïns <br /> <br /> (3) has remained inoperable for a GOntinuous period of more than 45 consecutive <br /> <br />
