Publication indicating discrimination. <br /> @1lt is unlawful for a person to mak~ffig, printffig, or publishing or caus~ to be <br /> made, prLflted or published any notice, statement or advertisement with respect to the sale <br /> or rental of a dwelling that indicates 8 any preference, limitation or discrimination <br /> prejudicial treatment because of a person's based on race, color, religion, sex, disability. <br /> familial status. or national origin.. or an intention to make such a preference, limitation or <br /> discrimination or prejudicial treatment. <br /> Sec. 46.079. Availability for inspection. <br /> f41lt is unlawful for a person to representiftg-to any person that a dwelling is not <br /> available for inspection, sale, or rental when the dwelling is in fact so available for <br /> inspection, because of the person's sex, race, color, religion, familial status, disability or <br /> national origin. <br /> Sec. 46.080. Entry into neighborhood. <br /> t57 It is unlawful for a person. for profit. to induc~or attemptiftg-to induce Ê. 8ftY <br /> person to sell or rent-arty Ê. dwelling by representations regarding the entry or prospective <br /> entry into Ê. the neighborhood of a person of a particular sex, race, color, religion, familial <br /> status, disability or national origin. <br /> Sec. 46.081. Disability. <br /> (a) It is unlawful for a person to discriminate in the sale or rental of a dwellina or <br /> otherwise make unavailable or deny a dwellina to a buyer because of a disability of: <br /> ( 1) the buyer or renter: <br /> (2) a person residing in or intending to reside in that dwellina after it is sold. rented, <br /> or made available: or <br /> (3) any person associated with the buyer or renter. <br /> (b) A person may not discriminate aaainst any person in the terms. conditions. or <br /> 8 <br />
