Availability for inspection. <br /> f41lt is unlawful for a person to representiftg-to any person that a dwelling is not <br /> available for inspection, sale, or rental when the dwelling is in fact so available for <br /> inspection, because of the person's sex, race, color, religion, familial status, disability or <br /> national origin. <br /> Sec. 46.080. Entry into neighborhood. <br /> t57 It is unlawful for a person. for profit. to induc~or attemptiftg-to induce Ê. 8ftY <br /> person to sell or rent-arty Ê. dwelling by representations regarding the entry or prospective <br /> entry into Ê. the neighborhood of a person of a particular sex, race, color, religion, familial <br /> status, disability or national origin. <br /> Sec. 46.081.
