<br /> to the map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Volume 4,
<br /> Page 309 of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, same
<br /> being at the most Northerly corner of that certain (43.11
<br /> a ere.) tract of land described as "Tract 1" as conveyed to
<br /> Indian Creek Joint Venture by warranty Deed with Vendors Lien
<br /> recorded in Volume 585 Page 868 of the Deed Records of Hays
<br /> County~ Texa s, for the most Northerly corner of the herein

<br /> THENCE along the southwest line of Sunridge Subdivision, same
