<br />AS "TRACT 2" AS CONVEYED TO INDIAN CREEK JOINT VENTURE BY
<br />MILTON DANIEL BUIE PROPERTIES BY WARRANTY DEED WITH VENDOR'S
<br />LIEN RECORDED IN VOLUME 585, PAGE 868 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF
<br />HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY
<br />METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLCWS:

<br />BEGINNING at a 100D Nail found at the Southwest corner Qf
<br />that certain (43.11 acre) tract of land described as "Tract
<br />1" as conveyed to Indian Creek Joint Venture by Milton Daniel
<br />Buie Properties by Warranty Deed with Vendors Lien recorded
<br />in Volume 585 Page 868 of the Deed Records of Hays County,
<br />Texas, same being at the Northwest corner of that certain ~
<br />(1.81 acre) tract of land described as "Tract 2" in said deed ~
<br />to Indian Creek Joint Venture, for the Northwest corner of
<br />the herein described tract, from which an iron rod found at ~
<br />the common rear corner of Lots 13 and 12, Block D, Castle ~
<br />Fotest, a subdivision in Hays County, Texas, according to the
<br />map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Volume 2, Pages
<br />103-104 of the Plat Records of Hays county, Texas, bears N 86
<br />deg. 17' 10" E 575.49 ft., N 3 deg. 45' 20" W 644.09 ft., and
<br />N 26 deg. 31' 30" E 153.70 ft¡

<br />THENCE along the common dividing line of said "Tract 1" and
<br />"Tract 2", N 86 deg. 17' 10" E 575.49 ft. to a 60d nail found
<br />in a rock mound at the Southeast corner of the said "Tract
<br />1", for an angle point in this tract;

<br />THENCE continuing along the north line of said "Tract 2", N
<br />86 deg. 13' 10" E 547.40 ft. to a 60d nail set in the fenced
<br />West line of Bishop Street, at the Northeast corner of said
<br />"Tract 2", for the Northeast corner of this tract;

<br />THENCE along the west line of Bishop street as found fenced,
<br />the following three(3) courses:
<br />(1) S 5 deg. 54' E 11.81 ft. to a fence post¡
<br />(2) S 7 deg. 21' E 53.64 ft. to a fence post¡
<br />(3) S 9 deg. 25' E 4.69 ft. to a 60d nail set at the
<br />Southeast corner of the said "Tract 2", for the Southeast
<br />corner of this tract;

<br />THENCE along the south line of the said "Tract 2" S 86 deg.
<br />15'15" W 1127.15 ft. to a 60d nail set at the Southwest
<br />corner of said "Tract 2", for the Southwest corner of this
<br />tract;
<br />
<br />THENCE along the west line of the said "Tract 2", N 3 deg.
<br />46' 50" W 70.00 ft. to the Place of Beginning, containing
<br />1.80 acres of land.
