Perform Project Management and coordination of activities. <br /> 1. Meet with City representatives one time to discuss project and gather <br /> existing information. <br /> 2. Review SSES reports by ADS for subbasins 6 and 10. City CIP plans, and <br /> water I wastewater master plan. <br /> 3. Review and verify ADS cost estimates. <br /> PHASE 2 ESTABLISH PROJECT SCOPE <br /> O. Perform Project Management and coordination of activities. <br /> 1. Review data information gathered in Phase 1 and prioritize repairs based <br /> on available budget. <br /> 2. Prepare a list of projects to be completed. <br /> 3. Prepare a letter report summarizing work and recommending projects to <br /> be completed. <br /> 4. Prepare a preliminary opinion of probable construction cost. <br /> 5. Meet with City and review report. <br /> 6. Revise project list as necessary after City review meeting. <br /> PHASE 3 DESIGN <br /> Upon the City's written authorization to proceed with Design, F&N will: <br /> 1.
