Assemble existing roadway construction drawings and property and right- <br /> of-way maps, easement maps, utility maps and construction drawings, <br /> topographic mapping and planimetric features, City design criteria, <br /> floodplain information, The City will provide copies of available project <br /> data and reports, available topographic mapping on computer diskettes, <br /> and City design criteria. <br /> 3. Transfer existing City electronic data computer files of topographic <br /> mapping and planimetric features in areas of proposed improvements to <br /> F& N computer system and plot work maps. <br /> 4. Attend one progress meeting at City office. <br /> 5. Perform three (3) site visits to gather design information. <br /> 6. Prepare preliminary design Drawings (approximately 20 sheets) for the <br /> wastewater system improvements. <br /> 7. Prepare the preliminary technical specifications for the wastewater system <br /> improvements using F&N's standard master specifications and City of <br /> Austin standards where applicable. <br /> 8. Prepare the preliminary bid documents, contract documents and general <br /> conditions using standards provided by the City. <br /> 9. Submit plans for review to the TNRCC. <br /> 10. Furnish the Drawings in Microstation 95. <br /> 11. Submit two (2) copies to the City of the preliminary drawings and <br /> specifications to the City for review and comment. <br /> 12. Prepare final Drawings, specifications and contract documents per City <br /> review comments. <br /> 13. Prepare a final opinion of probable construction cost of the wastewater <br /> system improvements. <br /> PHASE 4 BIDDING <br /> O. Perform Project Management and coordination of activities. <br /> 1.
