The City will: <br /> a. Conduct pre-bid conference. <br /> b. Advertise, receive and assess bids. <br /> c. Assess bidders' qualifications with respect to insurance and bonds. <br /> PHASE 5 CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br /> O. Perform Project Management and coordination of activities. <br /> 1. Provide general representation services, including: <br /> a. Attend one (1) pre-construction conference at City office. <br /> b. Interpret the intent of the drawings and technical specifications. <br /> c. Perform eight (8) site visits by the project manager in addition to <br /> the preconstruction conference and the final inspection. <br /> d. Review contractor's submittals for conformance to the contract <br /> documents. <br /> e. Review contractor's shop drawings for conformance to the contract <br /> documents. <br /> f. Prepare a list of punch list items and perform a final inspection of <br /> the completed work. <br /> g. Prepare record drawings of the constructed improvements based <br /> on information supplied by the Contractor. Provide City with one <br /> (1) hard copy of the record drawings and provide one (1) electronic <br /> copy in Microstation 95 format. <br /> h.
