V'I1r <br /> Addendum to Distribution Engineering Contract Services Program Agreement (page 2 on) <br /> - <br /> CONTRACT DELIVERABLE <br /> <br /> This contract addendum provides for one primary deliverable: <br /> 1. An Electric System Study and Coordinated System Protection Plan ("Plan") each five years. The Plan shall <br /> include tables, charts, maps, and explanatory text. As a minimum, the following maps will be included with the <br /> Plan: <br /> . Existing Circuit Diagram - color coded by circuit <br />-- . Existing Conductor Diagram - color coded by primary conductor <br /> . Recommended System Configuration - color coded by circuit and showing recommended phase changes, if <br /> necessary <br /> . Five Year Work Plan - projects color-coded by recommended year <br /> . Proposed Long Range System <br /> . Proposed Fusing <br /> LCRA engineers will update the computer model ("Model") of Customer's electric distribution system as <br /> information is provided to LCRA by the Customer. LCRA engineers will monitor changes in Customer's loads <br /> which might indicate that the Plan should be updated. To ensure that the Plan remains current, LCRA engineers <br /> may, at their option update the Plan more frequently than each five years. Customer will not be charged additional <br /> fees for updates to the Model or Plan as deemed necessary by LCRA. The intent of this Program Agreement <br /> Addendum is to provide LCRA's assistance in helping Customer to operate Customer's electric distribution system <br /> efficiently. <br /> CONFIDENTIAL WORK PRODUCTS .. <br /> <br /> All software, data, computer models, maps, graphical products and other deliverables under this Agreement have <br /> been developed by LCRA at considerable expense, and shall be considered competitive, :;proprietary information <br /> belonging to LCRA. Customer may allow public access to hard copies of the plan, but agrees not to copy or release <br /> any of the above-listed deliverables to any third part without LCRA's consent. <br /> CONTRACT TERM <br /> <br /> The contract term for this Program Agreement Addendum shall be one year. The agreement shall be automatically <br /> renewed each year unless terminated by either party. If Customer elects to terminate this agreement, Customer shall <br /> reimburse LCRA actual costs expended by LCRA on behalf of customer. <br /> CONTRACT FEES <br /> Fees for work under this Addendum (in addition to those for presently-contracted work under the Program <br /> Agreement: <br /> see attached price sheet "Pricingfor NEW Perpetual Electric System Analysis Program" <br /> All other terms and conditions of the Program Agreement remain in full force and effect.
