<br />57 <br /> <br /> <br />AMENDMENT #1 TO LEASE OF AIRPORT <br />PROPERTY/BUILDINGS BETWEEN <br />SOUTHWEST TEXAS AVIATION, INC. <br />AND THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS § <br />§ <br />COUNTY OF HAYS AND CALDWELL § <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />! under the laws of the State of Texas ("Lessor") and Southwest Texas Aviation, Inc., <br />("Lessee"), agree to amend their lease agreement entered into on March 28, 1995. <br /> <br />Lessor and Lessee agree to an amendment of the last introductory paragraph <br />preceding Article 1 to read as follows: <br /> <br />The tenn of this Lease is from October 15, 1996 to October 15, 2016, under <br />the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />In all other respects, except as modified, the terms and provisions of the original <br />lease shall remain in full force and effect.
