Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.074, to discuss the employment of a public officer or employee (interviews with City Clerk candidates). The Council adjourned into Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz announced the Council would reconvene at 6:55 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration adoption or direction to Staff on matters discussed in Executive Session. Mr. O'Leary stated the Council interviewed City Clerk candidates. He stated the Council will finish this discussion at the end of the meeting. * Mr. Guerrero arrived at 6:26 p.m. and Mr. Jones was not present at this meeting.
