Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 3, 2007, approval of one Ordinance on second reading and adoption of thirteen Resolutions, and approval to solicit bids for the purchase of City owned property located at 300 Ellis, on consent. The Council pulled Item 10, approval of Ordinance, Items 15, 16, 17, 20, and 21, adoption of Resolution, and Item 24, approval to solicit bids for the purchase of City owned property located at 300 Ellis, to be considered separately. Mr. Guerrero moved for approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 3, 2007, adoption of the remaining eight Resolutions, on consent, and Ms. Thomaides seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
