<br />tract and said Green tract, same being in the northeast line of said 16 foot road easement and

<br />record in Book 9, Page 106, Plat Records, Hays County, Texas, said Lot 1 being described in a
<br />deed to SMR-WBA, Ltda, of record in Volume 1336, Page 262, Official Public Records, Hays
<br />County, Texas, passing at 472a06 feet, a 3/4" iron pipe found at the north comer of said Lot 1,
<br />said SMR-WBA tract, and said 16 foot road easement, same being the east comer of that
<br />certain tract of land described as 27al1 acres in a deed to WDG-Park, Ltd., of record in Volume
<br />2852, Page 59, Official Public Records, Hays County, Texas, passing at 1241.12 feet a 1/2"
<br />iron rod found with cap marked "PRO-TECH ENG 2219", in all a total distance of 1248.61
<br />feet to a nail found in a 24" tree stump, from which point the remains of an abandoned water
<br />well bears N86048'E 1Sa7 feet;

<br />THENCE, continuing with the southwest line of this tract and said Green tract, same being a
<br />northeast line of said WDG-Park tract, N24048'36"W 317.06 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found at
<br />the northwest comer of this tract and said Green tract, and a north comer of said WDG-Park
<br />tract, same being in a south line of said Terrand tract, from which point a 1/2" iron rod found at
<br />an angle point in the northwest line of said WDG-Park tract and the southwest line of said
<br />Terrand tract bears N83008'OO"W 168a90 feet;

<br />THENCE, with the north line of this tract and said Green tract, and a south line of said Terrand
