Chapter 2 Sector Three Today <br />Multifamily <br />Approximately 9% of the acreage in Sector Three is multifamily land use, which is more <br />than two dwelling units on one lot. The largest apartment projects in Sector Three <br />include: the newly constructed Hillside Ranch (198 units) at 1350 N. LBJ Drive; The <br />Timbers (155 units) at 900 N. LBJ Drive; Treehouse (138 units) at 800 N. LBJ Drive; <br />Hill Country (120 units) at 1230 N. LBJ Drive; Highcrest (112 units) at 1519 Ranch Road <br />12; The Meadows (108 units) at 222 Ramsey Street; and Les Chateaux (77 units) at 1000 <br />N. LBJ Drive. <br />Duplex <br />Approximately 2% of the acreage in Sector Three is duplex land use. Duplexes, two <br />dwelling units on one lot that share a common wall, are concentrated along N. Bishop <br />Street, Crest Drive, Hughson Court and LBJ Cove. Smaller areas of medium density are <br />scattered within a few blocks of the university. <br />comm Prri n l <br />Approximately 2% of the acreage in Sector Three is commercial land use, which includes <br />retail and office uses. The majority of commercial land uses in Sector Three are scattered <br />along Ranch Road 12 and at the intersection of Sessom Drive, LBJ Drive, Chestnut Street <br />and Forest Lane. <br />PSI <br />
