Chapter 4 <br />Introduction <br />Sector Three Action Plan <br />SECTOR THREE ACTION PLAN <br />Once the future land use plan for Sector Three had been developed, an action plan was <br />created to achieve it. The Sector Three Action Plan is a set of specific actions that will <br />turn the Sector Three Future Land Use Plan into a reality. <br />Future Land Use Implementation Actions <br />• The City will review the Sector Three Future Land Use Plan periodically. <br />• The City will implement the Sector Three Future Land Use Plan as development <br />occurs. <br />• The City will, when authorized by the City Council or the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, prepare city- initiated zoning cases to resolve conflicts between the <br />future land use map and the existing zoning map. <br />• The City will evaluate the need for additional transportation improvements. <br />4 -1 <br />
