Bishop Street, Crest Drive, Hughson Court and LBJ <br />Cove. Smaller areas of medium density are scattered within a few blocks of the <br />university. <br />Open Space / FloodwaX <br />Approximately 2 percent of the acreage in Sector Three is designated for open space / <br />floodway. Open space / floodway areas are characterized by parks, natural areas, <br />agricultural land, and open space areas for the use of residents. The two tracts designated <br />open space / floodway in Sector Three is a city owned tract of land along Sessom Creek <br />and the Schulle Canyon area. <br />(' nMMPrrial <br />Approximately 2 percent of the acreage in Sector Three is designated for commercial land <br />use. Commercial land uses are characterized by a variety of retail, office, and commercial <br />types of developments such as retail stores, shopping centers, business and professional <br />offices, medical and dental offices, hotels, auto dealerships, banks, restaurants, etc. The <br />majority of areas designated commercial in Sector Three are scattered along Ranch Road <br />12, the intersection of N. Bishop Street and N. LBJ Drive and the intersection of Sessom <br />Drive, LBJ Drive, Chestnut Street and Forest Lane. <br />3 -3 <br />
