Sector One <br />The Built Environment <br />Existing Land Use <br />Chapter 2 - Today <br />"Existing land use" reflects how a property is currently being used (not its zoning <br />designation or its future land use map designation). <br />Sector One encompasses 908 acres, or 1.4 square miles; 5% of the 25.3 square miles in <br />the City of San Marcos.
