requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide populations and demand forecasts developed by the City and other population and <br />demand forecasts the City would like to consider. <br /> <br />2.4 Identify alternative water supplies with supporting information and permit issues associated <br />with any existing water right or permit. <br /> <br />2.5 Examine documents submitted by the Consultant and render a decision pertaining thereto <br />promptly, to avoid um'easonable delay in the progress of the Consultant's services. <br /> <br />2.6 Furnish information required as expeditiously as possible for the orderly progress of the work. <br /> <br />2.7 The City will use its best efforts to appraise the Consultant of any inaccuracies, or <br />inconsistencies in the information provided. <br /> <br />2.8 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public and <br />private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.9 Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, reproduction of <br />documents, anto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance communications, and fi'eight are <br />included in the Consultant's basic services compensation in the amount of $3,800.00. Reimbursable <br />expenses in excess of this amount will require an Authorization of Change in Services as described <br />in Subsection 1.6.2 and will be charged to the City by the Consultant at actual cost. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br />PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANT <br /> <br />4.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />4.1.1 Payments for Basic Services will be made to Consultant monthly following receipt by City of <br />Consultant's invoices and appropriate payment requisitions. The amounts of these invoices will be <br />based upon the extent of work completed by the Consultant on a percentage basis within each task <br />of services, in accordance with Article 12 of this Agreement, less any disputed amounts, pending <br />resolution thereof. <br /> <br />4.2 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
