Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Project Team. Designate Bill Couch, ACIP, Mm'k Lowry, P.E., and Stephen Stecher, P.E as <br />its employees or subcontractors responsible for the principal features of the Water Supply Master <br />Plan. The Consultant agrees to obtain the prior approval of the City for any change in these <br />designated persmmel. <br /> <br />1.2.2. Progress Meetings and Reports: Attend up to twelve (12) monthly status meetings with the <br />City staff. Prepm'e and submit to Project Manager tip to i2 monthly status reports inclusive of <br />project progress, upcoming milestones, issues and their resolutions, along with necessary graphics <br />and related supporting information. The Consultant will maintain an "issues list" on an ongoing <br />basis to include the critical path, the responsible pm'W, and the resolution to the issues. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Invoices/Pawnent Requisitions: Prepare and submit monthly invoices in the format <br />prescribed by the City. Payment requisitions will include an updated project schedule and the City's <br />payment application form. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Deliverables (hardcopy and electronic format): Deliver monthly status repm~s and invoices; <br />project schedule with updates including critical path summary, and an "issues list" with the <br />responsible party identified. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND FACILITATION <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3. I Conduct up to tln'ee (3) public participation meetings with the City to include: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Initial Public Information Meeting with the City Council, Planning and Zoning <br />Commission or others as determined by the City, to present population projections, <br />water demand forecast, current water conservation and drought management plan, <br />and summarize the projects already identified for evaluation by the City and/or a <br />Regional Water Plan. It is anticipated that this meeting will occur during Task 3 and <br />outcomes will be used for recommended water supply strategies; <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />City Council Presentation of Background Issues and Identified Strategies. This <br />meeting is anticipated to occur during Tasks 6, 7 and 8 but before detailed modeling <br />and analysis; <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
