- I ¿If II- -2- SECTION 6. Section 114.487 of the San Marcos City Code is amended to add a subdivision (6) to read as follows: (6) Telecommunication towers and related equipment. SECTION 7. Division 27 of Article 5 of Chapter 114 of the San Marcos City Code is amended to read as follows: - ,,- DIVISION 27. C-2 HEAVY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT Section 114.516. Permitted Uses. The uses permitted in the C-2 heavy commercial district are as follows: . . (1) Personal storage mini-warehouse. (2) Farm, construction, or other heavy equipment sales and service. (3) Automotive body/paint shops and repair businesses which include engine overhauling, provided all exterior storage areas are screened from view by a wall, opaque fencing or landscaping. . (4) Temporary storage or impoundment of operable.or repairable motor vehicles, subject to the screening requirements listed in subsection (3) of this section. (5) Lumberyards, contractor sales yards, or contractor storage yards, subject to the screening requirements listed in subsection (3) of this section. (6) Equipment rental businesses requiring outdoor storage areas, subject to the screening requirements listed in subsection (3) of this section. (7) Recycling centers, subject to the screening requirements listed in subsection (3) of this section. (8) Manufactured housing and portable building sales lots. (9) Commercial campground or recreational vehicle park. (10) Equipment repair businesses requiring large outdoor storage areas, subject to the screening requirements listed in subsection (3) of this section. (11) Commercial retail or wholesale uses requiring large outdoor storage or loading areas, or which generate heavy truck or rail traffic, and requiring access to major transportation facilities, subject to the screening requirements listed in subsection (3) of this section. (12) Use of the property as a sexually oriented business for which a license has been duly issued under article 6 of chapter 18. (13) Accessory structures and uses incidental to the permitted uses in subsections (1) through (11) of this section, including offices and facilities for security personnel. Section 114.517. Specific Uses In accordance with article 6 of this chapter, specific uses in the C-2 heavy commercial district are as follows: (1) Establishments which dispense liquor, wine or beer for on-premise f consumption under permit by the state.
