Any dust, odor, noxious fumes, airborne particulate matter, <br /> radioactivity, heated air, or vibration produced by the activity <br /> shall not be detectable beyond the property line of the <br /> business without the aid of instruments. <br /> e. Noise level produced by the business activity shall not be <br /> unreasonable. <br />(7) Accessory structures and uses incidental to the permitted uses in <br /> subsection (1) through (6) of this section, including offices, limited <br /> product display areas, and facilities for security personnel. <br />(8) Telecommunication towers and related equipment. <br />Section 114.532. Specific Uses. <br />In accordance with article 6 of this Chapter, specific uses in the Lllight industrial <br />district are as follows: <br />(1) Planned industrial parks which contain certain non-office and non- <br /> industrial uses provided specifically for the conveflience of employees <br /> or customers of the permitted business. Such uses shall be limited <br /> to day care facilities, business training and related educational <br /> facilities, recreational facilities, mail and package drop-off locations, <br /> automatic teller machines, or related facilities. <br />Section 114.533. Area, building and height requirements. <br />In the LI light industrial district, area, building and height requirements are as <br />follows: <br />(1) Minimum lot areas: <br /> a. Internal: 6,000 square feet. <br /> b. Corner: 7,500 square feet. <br />(2) Minimum lot frontage on a public street <br /> a. Internal: 50 feet. <br /> b. Corner (side street): 60 feet. <br />(3) Minimum lot depth: 100 feet. <br />(4) Minimum depth of front setback: 20 feet. <br />(5) Minimum depth of rear setback: 10 feet. <br />(6) Minimum width of side setback: <br /> a. Internal lot: 10 feet. <br /> b. Corner lot (side street): 15 feet. ! <br />(7) Maximum building coverage as a percentage of lot area: 50%. <br />(8) Maximum accessory building coverage as a percentage of rear yard: <br /> 30%. <br />(9) Maximum height of structures: No limit on height except for lots that <br /> abut residentially zoned property. Within 200 feet of a residentially <br /> zoned property, height shall be limited to 25 feet. <br />
