<br /> - 70111 <br />1.1.6 Auctioneer will provide advertising continuously for not less than 20 days prior to the <br />auction at its expense and in accordance with State law as follows: <br /> (a) Include the auction date on its continuously displayed internet web <br /> page calendar; <br /> (b) Include the auction date in regularly displayed calendars in <br /> Contractor's Hot Line, National Auction Bulletin, and other national <br /> trade journal publications. The date will also be printed on the face <br /> of outgoing brochures for other auctions and verbally announced at <br /> every other auction Auctioneer conducts from the time the auction <br /> date is set up to the auction date; <br /> (c) Contact the City and County to designate a time for Auctioneer to <br /> view auction inventory, take pictures and receive a list of inventory to <br /> be sold; <br /> (d) Prepare an advertising strategy compatible with the auction inventory, <br /> paying particular attention to specialized items; <br /> (e) Write and layout trade journal publication advertisements to be <br /> inserted in planned text advertising mediums; < <br /> (f) Prior to publication, fax proof of all the trade journal publication <br /> advertisements to the City and County for approval, and once <br /> approved, insert publication advertisements; <br /> (g) Contact City and County and discuss any additions to or deletions <br /> from the sale at regular intervals prior to the auction date; <br /> (h) Create and layout a two color pictorial brochure displaying the <br /> merchandise for sale at the auction and provide to City and County for <br /> approval prior to Auctioneer ordering printing of brochures; <br /> (i) Mail out approximately 3,000 brochures advertising the auction by first <br /> class mail and send the City and County a minimum of 300 brochures <br /> each no later than 20 days prior to the auction; <br /> U) Write and layout advertisements to be published in local newspaper <br /> advertising mediums, and obtain City and County approval prior to <br /> publication; <br />1.1.7 One day prior to the auction, the Auctioneer's Auction Coordinator, Secondary Sales <br />Preparation Manager and Computer Operator will arrive at the sale site to set up the <br />auction. <br /> 2 <br />
