Service will be furnished <br /> under this rate schedule subject to the established rules and regulations of the City covering this type of <br />~ service. <br />Rate: <br /> RS-1A:5/8-3/4 Inch Water Meter: <br /> First 2,000 gallons - $18.45 Minimum Bill. <br /> Over 2,000 gallons - $5.32 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof. <br /> RS-lB: I-Inch Water Meter: <br /> First 4,000 gallons - $36.92 Minimum Bill. <br /> Over 4,000 gallons - $5.32 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof. <br /> RS-l C: 1-1/2 Inch Water Meter: <br /> First 8,000 gallons - $73.80 Minimum Bill. <br /> Over 8,000 gallons - $5.32 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof. <br /> RS-1D: 2-Inch Water Meter and greater: <br /> First 13,000 gallons - $118.11 Minimum Bill. " <br /> Over 13,000 gallons - $5.32 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof. <br /> Maximum Bill: No additional charge will be applied to a single-family Residential Customers for volumes <br /> in excess of 8,000 gallons for the RS-IA, RS-lB, RS-IC rate categories, nor for volumes in excess of 13,000 <br /> gallons for the RS-I D rate category. <br />Single Point of Deliverv: <br /> <br /> The above rates are based upon the supply of water to the entire premises through a single delivery and <br /> metering point. A separate supply of water for the same consumer at other points of consumption shall be <br /> separately metered and billed. <br />Optional Methodologv for Measurement of Use bv Industrial Users: <br /> <br />An industrial user that uses a 2-inch or larger meter may submit a written request for the use of a methodology to <br />determine the amount of wastewater services used other than metering of water or wastewater use. The methodology <br />must be designed to charge the user for actual wastewater service use, and is subject to approval by the Director of <br />Public Works. Ifapproved, the methodology will be used for a period of three years, subject to renewal upon <br />submission by the user of a renewal request accompanied by updated methodology information, and approval by the <br />Director of Public Works. For this purpose, "industrial user" is defined as a manufacturing or industrial operation. <br />
