<br /> - . 3111 <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 1.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 1.3.1 Additional services are substantial deviations from the services described in the <br /> Scope of Services, Attachment A. The Engineer will submit a written estimate of fees to <br /> the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional services. <br /> 1.3.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by <br /> Engineer must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form <br /> attached to this Agreement as Attachment D. Compensation for additional services will be <br /> in addition to that specified for Basic Services, in accordance with Section 11.2 of this <br /> Agreement. The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional <br /> services the compensation for which exceeds $15,000. <br /> . ' ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The City will: <br /> 2.1 Provide full information to the Engineer regarding requirements for the Project. <br /> Such information will include all maps, drawings, reports, records, audits, annual reports, <br /> and other data that are in the files of the City; budgetary and scheduìe limitations and all <br /> other data relative to the Engineer's services. The City will be responsible for accuracy and <br /> completeness of all reports, data and other information furnished by the City. <br /> 2.2 Designate the Director of Environment and Engineering, or his designee to act in <br /> the City's behalf with respect to the services rendered under this Agreement. This <br /> representative will have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret <br /> and define City's policies, and authorize payments with respect to Engineer's services for <br /> the Project. <br /> 2.3 Expose and make accessible buried manholes City desires to have inspected by <br /> Engineer. <br /> 2.4 Examine all documents presented by the Engineer to the City, and render <br /> responses pertaining thereto promptly and provide the Engineer with the requested data <br /> or information in City's possession relating to the Project as expeditiously as possible. <br /> 2.5 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to enter <br /> public and private property as required for the Engineer to perform its services under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 2.6 Furnish all legal, accounting and insurance counseling services as may be <br /> 2 <br />
