The <br /> reports will be mailed to the customer. <br /> Customized Reports <br /> Customized reports are used to report router and hub activity beyond <br /> variables collected for producing standard reportS. As V\ith standard <br /> performance variables, data for customized reports will be collected at a <br /> rate which will not affect net\vork performance. The c1J,stOmized . <br /> utilization and performance reports, as defined by the customer prior to <br /> service, will be delivered to the customer on a \veekly basis, unless <br /> Otherwise requested. Performance data variables are available in tabular <br /> hard copy or computer-readable format by disk or e-mail. Utilization <br /> reports are delivered as hard copy, color graphical charts. <br /> Trend Analysis <br /> Trend analysis reports are created using performance information from <br /> Gold Services, collected over a three month period. Regression analysis is <br /> , used to map trends against defined thresholds for long-term analysis. <br /> Trend analysis reports take the form of both tabular (ra\v) data and <br /> graphical charts and are analyzed by WilTel Monitored Net\vork Services <br /> technicians.
