<br /> (ue- <br /> Residential Refuse - All garbage and rubbish generated by a producer at a residential unit. <br /> Residential Unit - A room or set of rooms suitable for residential use by a single family, <br /> including a single-family dwelling, townhouse, apartment or condominium unit. A <br /> residential unit will be deemed occupied when either water or electric services are being <br /> supplied thereto. A townhouse, four-plex, duplex, or condominium dwelling, whether of <br /> single or multi-level construction, consisting of four or less contiguous or separate single <br /> family dwelling units, will be treated as a residential unit, except that each single-family <br /> dwelling within any such residential unit will be billed separately as a residential unit. <br /> Those residential units served by a bin will not be included in this definition. <br /> Rubbish - Any and all other waste materials not included in the definition of bulky waste, <br /> garbage, hazardous waste, stable matter, or yard waste. <br /> Stable Matter - All manure and other waste matter normally accumulated in or about a <br /> stable, or any animal, livestock, or poultry enclosure, and resulting from the keeping of <br /> animals, poultry or livestock. <br /> Work - The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary <br /> for the successful completion of the Contract and the carrying out of all duties and <br /> obligations imposed by this Contract on SF!. <br /> Yard Waste - Tree limbs, grass and plant clippings, and tree or brush trimmings. <br /> 1.3 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION <br /> Residential Refuse <br /> SFlwill: <br /> 1.3.1 Collect residential refuse from each residential unit two times per week. <br /> 1.3.2 Furnish each residential unit with one new cart. The size of the cart will be either <br /> 95 gallons, 68 gallons or 35 gallons (these capacities are approximate). Initially SFI will <br /> provide each customer with a 95-gallon cart. SFI will provide customers with smaller carts <br /> upon request. SFI will not substitute used carts during the term of this Contract for those <br /> originally provided to customers. <br /> Recyclable Materials <br /> SFlwill: <br /> 1.3.3.
