<br />2.13 Supply water with a standard garden hose connection within 50 feet of the base of <br />the tanks. <br />2.14 Remove and dispose of sludge and debris removed from the Franklin tank. <br />2.15 Purge all sludge and debris removed from the Crawford tank during the washout <br />and deposited down the inlet/outlet pipe. <br />2.16 Give prompt written notice to Consultant whenever City observes or otherwise <br />becomes aware of any development that affects the scope or timing of Consultant's <br />services. <br />2.17 Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANT <br />3.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES <br />3.1.1 Payments for Basic Services will be made to Consultant monthly following receipt <br />by City of Consultant's invoices in accordance with the amounts specified in Section 11.2 <br />of this Agreement. <br />3.2 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />3.2.1 Payments on account of the Consultant's Additional Services as defined in Section <br />1.3 will be made monthly upon City's receipt of a copy of the executed Authorization of <br />Change in Services Form and Consultant's statement of services rendered or expenses <br />incurred, less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. Invoice amounts will be <br />based on a fixed fee negotiated for each additional service. <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> CONSULTANT'S RECORDS <br />4.1 All expense records of Consultant will be kept on a recognized accounting basis <br />acceptable to the City and will be available to the City or the City's authorized <br />representative at mutually convenient times. <br />4.2 The City, its auditors and federal and state agencies that have monitoring or auditing <br />responsibilities for the Project will have access to any books, documents, papers and <br />records of the Consultant which are directly pertinent to this Project for the purpose of <br />making audit, examination, excerpts, copying and transcriptions. <br />4.3 The Consultant will furnish to the City at such time and in such form as the City may <br /> 7 <br />
