The City Council of the City shall adopt a resolution on or before September 8,1997, appointing presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this election, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in their respective precincts, and any vacancies occurring after the initial appointment may be filled by subsequent resolution(s) of the City Council. SECTION 6. Each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with the permission of the City Secretary, additional cl~rks, to serve for each precinct in this election. SECTION 7. The precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 120,330,334,336, 445/451 and 446 shall be polling places for the Special City election. SECTION 8. The City election shall be conducted jointly with Hays County under the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement. SECTION 9. Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City. SECTION 10. The main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the Special City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and the temporary branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the Special City election is the Hays County Election Administrator's Office, 401-C Broadway. Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted during normal working days in the City Hall and Hays County Election Administrator's Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from October 20, 1997 through October 31, 1997. Early voting by personal appearance shall also be conducted during normal working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Kyle City Hall, 101 S. Burleson, Kyle, Texas on October 20, 1997 and October 27, 1997; at Dripping Springs City Hall, 402 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas on October 21,1997 and October 28,1997; at Wimberley ISD Administrative Office, 14401 Ranch Rd. 12, Wimberley, Texas on October 23,1997 and October 30, 1997 and at Buda City Hall, 121 North Main Street, Buda, Texas on October 24, 1997 and October 31, 1997. SECTION 11. Early voting by mail ballot shall be conducted in accordance with applicable provisions of the Texas Election Code. The address of 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, 78666, shall be the early voting clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by mail may be sent for the City. SECTION 12. All early votes and other votes to be processed in accordance with early voting procedures pursuant to the Texas Election Code shall be delivered to the
