<br /> -2- <br /> 5. The Committee will schedule the facility through the Parks and Recreation <br /> Department for tours and viewing by the public and may charge and collect fees. All fees <br /> and donations will be used for the operation of the Calaboose as a museum. <br /> 6. The City assumes no financial responsibility for the operation of the <br /> Calaboose under this contract. <br /> 7. The Committee is responsible for opening and securing the Calaboose and <br /> providing assistance to members of the public who desire a tour. <br /> 8. The Committee will compile and keep current, an inventory of all items of <br /> personal property located in or about the Calaboose, including an item description, <br /> inventory number, name of owner and an approximate value. The Committee will provide <br /> a copy to the Parks and Recreation Department, and will continually update the list with the <br /> Department. <br /> 9. The Committee will be responsible for carrying its own insurance for the <br /> contents of the Calaboose. <br /> 10. This agreement will be reviewed annually by the City and the Committee will <br /> submit to the City an annual financial statement to determine the feasibility of continuing <br /> this agreement under its existing form or with amendments. <br /> 11. In all matters connected with the agreement, the Association shall not <br /> discriminate against any person because of race, creed, ethnic origin, sex or physical <br /> disabilities. <br />
