<br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROPOSAL <br /> <br />The MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION, a corporation duly authorized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as MCC, hereby offers to read and <br />index the minutes of the CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation duly <br />organized and existing under state law, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, according to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br />n"""""","" <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />... ..~~~~::::.G~ <br /> <br /> <br />(1) COPIES OF MATERIAL. The Municipality will furnish MCC for its use in the <br />preparation of the Index, a copy of the Minutes passed in final form. <br /> <br /> <br />(2) YEARS INCLUDED. MCC will prepare a five year subject matter Index of the minutes <br />in accordance with the following provisions. <br /> <br /> <br />(3) EDITORIAL WORK. The index will be prepared to include: <br /> <br />a) Proper phraseology. Concise, modem and proper phraseology will be used in the <br />index. <br /> <br />b) Index Titles. Each title of the index shall embrace all entries which relate to that <br />title. Within the title itself, all entries shall be arranged in an alphabetical order. <br /> <br />c) Cross references. Cross references will be prepared to tie together related entries <br />of the index. They will stand as guideposts to direct the reader to a particular related <br />item of interest. <br /> <br />d) Abbreviations. MCC standard abbreviations and abbreviations used in the minutes <br />will be used in the index. MCC will provide the Municipality with a copy of MCC <br />standard abbreviations. <br /> <br />e) Cross indexing. Entries under the titles Bids, Contracts and Agreements, <br />Ordinances, Resolutions will also be repeated under the subject matter heading. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />
