BEING 278.329 acres of land situated in the Wm. Pettus 2 League in Caldwell County, Texas, and BEING a part of a 338.6 acre tract conveyed to R. D. Williams et ux by Joe Turner by Deed dated March 5, 1952 and recorded in Volume 243 at Page 532 of the Deed Records of Caldwell County, Texas and being more particularly described by meteS and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin set for the Northwest corner of this 278.329 acre tract, and being on the East margin of the Old San Antonio- Nacogdoches Road, and being on the South right-of-way of the Missouri Kansas and Texas Railroad, said point being on the North line of the' 338.6 acre tract conveyed to R. D. Williams et ux, by Joe Turner by deed dated March 5, 1952 and recorded in Volume 243 at Page 532 Qf the Deed Records of Caldwell County, Texas; THENCE along the South right-of-way line of said M. K. & T.
