STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF CALDWELL FIELD NOTES FOR 35.194 ACRES FIELD NOTES describing a 35.194 acre tract of land situated in Caldwell County, Texas, out of the William Pettus Two Leagues, Abstract 21, being out of a part of a 278.3 29 acre tract conveyed to W.M. and BettySoyars, by deed dated \lay 15, 1994, and recorded in Volume 362, Page 408, Deed Records of Caldwell County, Texas. Said 35.194 acre tract being more particularly described as follows: BEGIN"NING: At a Y'z" iron pin found at a steel fence corner post, in the south right-of- way line of the M.K.T. Railroad right-of-way at its intersection ~ith the east right-of-way line of County Road 101, at the northwest corner of the 278.329 acre tract; THENCE: Generally along fence and with the south right-of-way line of said railroad as follows: S 75" 36' II" E, a distance of 667.75 feet to a Y':" iron pin found at an angle point; S 77° IT 46" E. a distance of258.43 feet, toa If:" iron pin found at an angle point: S 80" 16' 04" E. a distance of 102.59 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set for the northeast corner of the herein described tract; THE~CE: SOUTH a distance of 459.80 feet along the east line of the herein described tract to a 5/8" iron pin set for a southeast corner; THENCE: \\'"EST, a distance of 50.00 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set for an interior corner of the herein described tract; THENCE: SOUTH a distance of 200.00 feet, to a 5/8" iron pin set for an interior corner of the herein described tract; THENCE: EAST a distance of 50.00 feet, to a 5/8" iron pin set for a northeast corner of the herein described tract; 1 EXHIBIT "B"
