There are 7.22 acres zoned LB and 17.60 acres in Sector Two <br /> zoned C. The uses permitted in the LB and C districts include most types of for-profit <br /> business, retail and offices uses. Specific uses in the LB and C districts include mixed use <br /> buildings, establishments which dispense liquor, WIne or beer for on-premise <br /> consumption" and veterinary services. The majority ofland zoned LB or C in Sector Two <br /> is located along Ranch Road 12, a large tract along Bishop Street west of Furman <br /> Avenue, and along Franklin Drive west of Bishop Street. <br /> Planned Unit Development District (PUD) <br /> Approximately 2% of the acreage in Sector Two is zoned Planned Unit Development <br /> District. PUD districts are "grandfathered" districts that have approved site plans prior to <br /> 1984. The two PUD districts are a seven lot .garden home development on Lancaster <br /> Street immediately west of Bishop Street and a large tract along Ranch Road 12 <br /> immediately east of Thomason Funeral Home. <br /> Zero Lot-Line Dwelling District (ZL) <br /> Approximately 1 % of the acreage in Sector Two is zoned Zero Lot-Line Dwelling <br /> District. A zero lot-line dwelling is defined as a single-family dwelling unit which is <br /> located so that one exterior wall is not required to have a setback along the side property <br /> boundary. The uses permitted in the ZL district include zero lot-line dwellings and group <br /> homes. Specific uses in the ZL district include home occupations. The minimum lot area <br /> for the ZL district is 4,000 square feet. The only ZL district is a large vacant tract west of <br /> the end of Prospect Street. A cave is located on the property. <br /> Single-Family, Duplex and Neighborhood Business District (M) <br /> Less than 1% of the acreage in Sector Two is zoned Single-Family, Duplex and <br /> Neighborhood Business District. The M district classification is being phased out. No <br /> 2-7 <br />
