g£ Eleventh. San Saba desires hereby to ratify the Replat as if San Saba had originally joined in the signing of the Replat to settle all outstanding issues concerning title on the various properties involved in this matter, except that the Replat provisions are deleted which refer to Lot 6-B as a "R.O.W.", and which state "This parcel is dedicated as a R.O. W. for access to rear property", such that Lot 6-8 constitutes a site upon which improvements may be constructed. For the Considerationl San Saba ratifies the Replat as if joining therein 1 except that the following Replat provisions are deleted: (i) those which refer to Lot 6-B as a "R.O.W. It; and (ii) those which state "This parcel is dedicated as a R.O.W. for access to rear property I" and the recording of this Ratification of Replat is intended to and will constitute notice to the public of this Ratification. This Ratification specifically includes, without limitationl the portion of the Replat constituting a dedication for right-of-way purposes, of a strip of property 151 in width along Post Road at the fr,ont of Lots 4, 5-A, 6-A, 6-8, and 7 to the City of San Marcos.
