Subject to the <br /> conditions ~et forth below/ Plaintiff-Intervenors together agree to <br /> pay one-half of the State/s one-third share of the Monitor's costs <br /> from and after February 25, 1994 through May 31, 1997, to be <br /> allocated among themselves in five (5) equal shares to be paid as <br /> follows: <br /> a) New Brau~fe1s and NBU - 1/5 of 1/6 of the Monitor's <br /> CostS¡ <br /> b) San Marcos - 1/5 of 1/6 of the Monitorls Costs; <br /> .. <br /> c) GBRA - 1/5 of 1/6 of the Monitor's Costs; <br /> d) GVSUD/ARWSC - 1/5 of 1/6 of the Monitor's Costs; <br /> e) BexarMet - 1/5 of 1/6 of the Monitorls Costs. <br /> Under this Agreementr (i) plaintiff Sierra Club is ~ot agreeing to <br /> pay any portion of the Monitor's Cost.s, and (il) Plalntiff- <br /> Intervenors are not agreeing to pay any, costs that might be <br /> incurred by the Monitor after May 31, 1997. <br /> 2. Cost Estimates.
