<br /> . 4611 <br /> The ENGINEER will: - <br /> (a) survey Blanco Street, reduce field data, and produce line drawing; <br /> (b) survey Shady Lane, reduce field data, and produce line drawing; and <br /> (c) produce contour map. <br /> 1.2.3 Drainage System Design <br /> The ENGINEER will: <br /> (a) survey and inspect existing structures; <br /> (b) determine drainage areas from City aerial topo maps; <br /> (c) compute peak runoff for individual basins with STORMCAD; and <br /> (d) design storm sewer and inlets with STORMCAD. <br /> 1.2.4 Design Blanco and Shady Lane Improvements <br /> The ENGINEER will: <br /> (a) determine appropriate street cross sections and profile; <br /> (b) design repair measures for 102" CMP in Shady Lane; <br /> (c) prepare plan and profile drawings of all segments (1"=20'); <br /> (d) . ~ <br /> prepare street cross sections; and <br /> (e) submit for CITY review. <br /> 1.2.5 Construction Contract Documents <br /> The ENGINEER will: <br /> (a) Based on the approved design development documents and any further <br /> r adjustments authorized by the CITY in the scope, quality or budget of the Project, the <br /> J ENGINEER will prepare construction contract documents using forms supplied by the <br /> , CITY. These contract documents will include finalized, detailed plans and technical <br /> specifications and a bid proposal with quantities required for the Project to be accurately <br /> bid and efficiently constructed. <br /> (b) Use its best professional judgment to create documents that comply with all <br /> applicable construction and development codes, local regulations and ordinances and <br /> other federal and state regulations which are known or which should reasonably be known <br /> to the ENGINEER including those required under the ADA. <br /> (c) Be responsible for the printing and binding of 20 sets of the bid documents <br /> at no additional cost to the CITY. <br /> (d) Develop estimates of construction cost. <br />
