If such funds are considered, the statutory authority must be referenced in the <br /> nomination form. Private cash donations, contributions of services, and other in-kind services only <br /> reduce the allowable costs of the project. <br /> In the space provided at the bottom of page 6 of the nomination form, enter the time estimated to <br /> complete the project. The project must be limited to a logical unit of work and must be capable of <br /> being completed within a reasonable amount of time as determined by TxDOT in consultation with <br /> the nominating and sponsoring entities. <br /> PART XI, PAGE 7 - ITEl\HZED BUDGET <br /> In the space provided on page 7 of the nomination form, list the planning, design, and work activities <br /> proposed by the project item by item. Supply the estimated cost for each item. This may assist you <br /> in analyzing your project in terms of each of the activities planned. Some individual activities in the <br /> restoration of the exterior of a building, for example, might include design $_; replacing the roof <br /> $_; window work $_; tuckpointing $_; and landscaping around the building $_. <br /> . <br /> PART XU, PAGE 8 - CERTIFICATION OF FUNDING AND SUPPORT <br /> ATTACHNfENT 2 - CERTIFICATION OF FUNDING AND SUPPORT. The nomination form <br /> must include evidence of support for the project in the form of a signed resolution or other official <br /> document. This document should indicate willingness to commit to the minimum 20% local match <br /> for the program cost. <br /> A TT AC HlvÅ’ NT 3 - INTENT FOR TIP PLACEIvÅ’NT. For projects within an IvIPO, the ìvfPO <br /> should provide a letter stating that the project will be included in the local Transportation <br /> Improvement Plan (TIP), if approved for funding. <br /> PART XIII, PAGE 8 - LAND ACQUISITION INFOR.rVIATION <br /> In the space provided on page 8 of the nomination form, describe the land or easements to be <br /> acquired or donated for the project. Land or right-of-way utilized for the project must be acquired <br /> in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act <br /> of] 970, the Surface Transportation and Uniform Real Property Acquisition Act of] 987, and other <br /> applicable state and federal laws. Even ifland has already been acquired and reimbursement is not <br /> requested, this previous acquisition must still comply with all state and federal laws.
