the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perfon~n its services, and the Engineer <br />will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and <br />information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - BASE MAP PREPARATION, PROGRAM DEFINITION, AND SITE <br />INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.i Assemble a Project team comprised of the City's representatives and the Engineer's <br />representatives. The Engineer will meet with the Project team to set the production schedule and <br />parameters for ali subsequent work, to verify the components within which all Project participm~ts <br />must perform, and to identify all parties and significant deadlines involved in the comprehensive <br />schedule strategy. Based on this information, the Engineer will prepare a detailed schedule of its <br />work for the Project addressing each component of the work to be done, indicating the points of <br />involvement of all project participants. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Assist the City in com~ection with the City's responsibility for filing documents required for <br />the approval of govermnental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Prepare base maps for master plan preparation from digital maps provided by the City. <br /> <br />1.2.4. Attend a meeting with the City Parks and Recreation Advisory Board to outline schedule and <br />project direction m~d to review the Engineer's approach to public workshop #1. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Attend public workshop # I to gather input and comments from park users related to the <br />preferred development scenario for the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Geolo~ical Assessment - Develop a working surface geologic model of the Project area by <br />reviewing, prior to field recom~aissance, existing geologic in£onnation. The Engineer will include <br />in the field mcotmaissance the location, identification and assessments of the Edwards Aquifer <br />Recharge/Transition Zones (TNRCC-0586), identified on the surface that could provide migratory <br />pathways for contaminants to the subsurface. Engineer will prepare the Geological Assessment <br />report according to Texas natm'al Resource Conservation Conunission ("TNRCC") guidelines in the <br />required format. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Wetlands Delineation Repox~JFioodplain Review Smd,/- Perform wetland delineation, in <br />accordance with the "U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 1987 Wetland Delineation Manual" for ali <br />water features located within the Project boundaries. The Engineer will incorporate a review of that <br />data into the report of wetland issues at the park site. <br /> <br /> <br />
