ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide fall information to the Engineer regarding the City's requirements for the Engineer's <br />services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Engineer with copies of official City design <br />stm~dards and construction standards, and other data and information in the City's possession needed <br />by the Engineer at the Engineer's request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate William Ford, Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation as the City's Project <br />Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. <br />The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Engineer and promptly <br />render responses to the Engineer on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to enter public and <br />private property as required for the Engineer to perform its services under this Agreement including <br />the coordination and provision of right of entry for field verifications and site investigations. <br /> <br />2.4 Provide copies of all plans, studies and documentation prepared for the site including the <br />soils report, locations of existing and proposed utilities, storm drainage plans, zoning and <br />subdivision and development restrictions that apply to the Project site. <br /> <br />2.5 Provide digital copies of the boundary and topographic survey for the Project to the design <br />team for use during the master planning and design process. <br /> <br />2.6 Provide as built plans fbr all existing public utilities located within or adjacent to the limits <br />of construction for the project, including but not limited to water, sm~itm~ sewer and storm drainage <br />facilities. <br /> <br />2.7 Provide plans and information that depicts 100 year flood limits and the requirements and <br />limitations for site development within this area. <br /> <br />2.8 Provide archeological investigation information to the project design team. <br /> <br />2.9 Provide existing City standards in place that may affect interpretive signage designs. <br /> <br />2.10 Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES. <br /> <br />3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, reproduction of <br />documents, auto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance communications, freight, and state <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
