1.3.15 Attend one meeting with the City related to the final Master Plan. <br /> <br />1.3.16 Attend one meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />1.3.17 Attend one meeting with City Council. <br /> <br />1.3.18 Deliver fifteen Master Plan documents at 8 ½ x i 1" x 17" master plan foldouts m~d a digital <br />copy of the document in Adobe Acrobat format. <br /> <br />1.3.19 Ensure that no reports, maps or other documents produced in whole or in part under this <br />Agreement shall be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of the Engineer. <br /> <br />1.4 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.4.1 Since the Engineer's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including minor <br />deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Consultant for additional <br />services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services described in this <br />Agreement. The Consultant will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's <br />authorization before initiating any additional services <br /> <br />1.4.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Engineer must <br />be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attacl~nent A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 4.2 of this Agreement. The approval of the <br />City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds <br />$25,00O. <br /> <br />1.4.3 The following items are not considered part of the Basic Services and m'e specifically <br />included as additional services: <br /> <br />Preparation of geoteclmical investigations or reports, <br />Surveying services, <br />Preparation of conceptual floor plans, <br />Obtaining permits for the City, <br />Easement document described in 1.3.11 will not be staked to the ground, and <br />Deed resem'ch beyond reviewing maps and documents provided by the City of San <br />Marcos will not be perforated for easement document prepm'ation as described in <br />Section 1.3.1i. <br />If necessary, performance of a second level determination, to determine if a site is <br />used by a species of concern as per Section 1.2.8. <br /> <br /> <br />
