1.3.5 Attend one meeting with the City to gather input and final comments related to this refined <br />preliminary master plan. <br /> <br />1.3.6 Attend one meeting with the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board related to the refined <br />preliminary master plan. <br /> <br />1.3.7 Attend public workshop #2 to gather input and comments from park users related to the <br />refined preliminary master plan. <br /> <br />1.3.8 Based on City's review and approval, prepare a final rendered master plan at 1" = 200' for <br />city use which will illustrate and describe the master plan preparation process, development phases <br />and associated budgets, and will include supporting information to be used as decision making tools. <br /> <br />1.3.9 Prepare design guidelines based on the final master plan, which will establish design and <br />character intent for the park's architecture, interpretive signage, and infrastructure, established <br />tlu'ough supporting text, sketches and photographs. These design guidelines will serve as a point of <br />departure for future design work with respect to the recreation area's setting and character. <br /> <br />1.3.10 Prepare an 8 ½" x 11" Master Plan Development Document. <br /> <br />1.3.I 1 Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) - Prepare the WPAP to include appropriate <br />control measures to mitigate surface water pollution due to development over the Edwards Aquifer <br />Recharge Zone and near the Purgatory Creek. Include in the WPAPP a compilation of available <br />information on the site regarding the types and locations of activities (existing or proposed facilities), <br />which may lead to the generation of contaminants during a rainfall event. Conduct a review of <br />pertinent information in the geologic assessment report to insure that sensitive recharge features are <br />considered in the WPAP. Prior to completion of the WPAP, hold a meeting with the TNRCC to <br />discuss proposed pollution abatement procedures in order to receive preliminary confirmation from <br />the TNRCC with regard to control measures proposed. The Engineer will prepare the WPAP so that <br />it will conform to the format required by TNRCC in the referenced regulation. <br /> <br />1.3.12 Easement Document for Water and Wastewater Improvements ~ Upon approval of the <br />Purgatory Creek Development Plan, prepare an easement document for water and wastewater <br />improvements, which will describe and exhibit two proposed water easements and two proposed <br />wastewater easements ali of which could be up to 16,500 feet in length.. Engineer will also include <br />documentation reviewing the boundary survey provided by the City for connectivity of proposed <br />easements with record boundary, and its acceptability of legal descriptive purposes. This document <br />will also include the recover3, of existing propelV comers for site orientation (ten maximum) in order <br />to tie into existing record documents. <br /> <br />1.3.13 Attend one meeting with the City to present the preliminary Master Plan.. <br /> <br />1.3.14 Attend one meeting with the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board related to the Master Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
