N 44'~ 16' 17" \v 155.0 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for an angle point, 3. with a right-breaking curve having the following . characteristics: central angle = 17> 51' 01", radius = 552.50 feet, arc length = 172.13 feet and a chord which bears N 35' 20' 47" W 171. 43 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found, 4. N 2 6 ~ 25' 16" W 0.67 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for an interior corner of Foxtail Run being in the south line of that 30.0 acre tract described in a deed from San Marcos One Eighty Six, Ltd. to San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District dated March 26, 1986 and recorded in Volume 589, Page 732 of the Hays County Deed Records, and northwest line of the TETCO 0.51 acre tract; 5. N 45= 43' 43" E 51.62 feet with the southeast line of the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District 30.0 acre tract and northwest line of the TETCO 0.51 acre tract to a 1/2" iron rod found for a salient corner of Foxtail Run and the east corner of the San Harcos Consolidated Independent School District 30.0 acre tract, and north corner of the TETCO 0.51 acre tract¡ I THENCE crossing the remaining portion of the TETCO 64.55 acre tract and the Turner 82.06 acre tract, with the general northwest line of the herein described tract, the following eight courses: 1.
