COST: See attached list RELATED SERVICE AREA: Street rehabilitation <br /> I <br /> ¡ - <br /> DESCRIPTION: This request is for CDBG funding to rehabilitate/reconstruct numerous streets <br /> throughout the city. The attached list identifies the streets that require rehabilitation, the amount of <br /> square yards and total cost, Rehabilitation will consist of grinding the existing streets, adding base <br /> materials where required, replacing and/or repairing curbs when necessary and finally applying a new <br /> asphalt surface. Total cost for rehabilitating these streets is S607,424 and is based on purchase <br /> of materials and leasing of grinding equipment. The actual rehabilitation will be done by the City <br /> Street Department. <br /> This list is not comprehensive nor is it in priority sequence. However, all of these streets need <br /> extensive rehabilitation and qualify for CDBG consideration.
