1.12 TASK 11 - PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.12.1 Conduct one meeting with the general public in order to inform the public of current odor <br />conditions and planned mitigation efforts. <br /> <br />1.12.2 Prepare and distribute information for use during the Public Involvement Meeting, and <br />prepare a summary of meeting discussions for submittal to the City. <br /> <br />1.13 TASK 12 - FAST TRACK ODOR CONTROL PROCUREMENT <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1. l 3.1 Provide design support for the installation of a permanent liquid oxygen injection system <br />and an odor control system to be located at the Siphon Structure. <br /> <br />1.13.2 Deliverables for this task are dependent on odor control alternatives selected for "fast- <br />tracking". For the purposes of this Agreement, the Engineer and City agree that these Basic Services <br />will include design support for the installation ora permanent liquid oxygen injection system auld <br />installation of a vapor phase odor control system at the Siphon Structure. Engineer will provide <br />assistance with respect to design size and equipment selection. Engineer will provide any <br />deliverables generated under this Task in digital format (.pdf or .doc). <br /> <br />1.14 TASK 13 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br /> The Engineer's scope of services does not presently include construction administration services. <br />The City and the Engineer may agree to have the Engineer perform Bidding and Construction <br />Administration services for this Project. The services will be governed by the provisions of this <br />section and the compensation for the services will be defined in a Change of Services form executed <br />by the City and the Engineer. <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />Biddina <br /> <br />1.14. I Assist the City in the distribution of the bid documents to prospective bidders and to plan <br />rooms and the issuance of addenda (if any) following City's prior approval. <br /> <br />1.14.2 Be responsible for the printing and binding of the bid documents in a number to be <br />determined by the Engineer and the City. <br /> <br />1.14.3 Assist the City in obtaining bids, tabulating bids, preparing bid tabulation forms, and in <br /> <br />CH2M Hill. 2.wpd 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
