Preliminary electrical loads for the current and <br /> future plant expansions will be determined to ensure that sufficient electrical transmission <br /> facilities are extended to the site. Preliminary architectural layouts and elevations of the new <br /> buildings will be made, a preliminary drainage and site grading plan will be developed, a <br /> preliminary opinion of total cost will be developed, and a preliminary implementation schedule will <br /> be developed. Options and alternatives will be identified to allow staging of the overall Project <br /> if required. Preliminary opinions of annual operating costs will be included. <br /> 1.2.57 Prepare a Preliminary Design Report to include the population and water use projections <br /> included in the HDR Surface Water Supply Study and it will be suitable for submission to the <br /> TNRCC for approval. <br /> 1.2.58 Submit fifteen (15) copies of the Draft Preliminary Design Report to the City for review <br /> and comment. Submit Twenty- Five (25) copies of the Final Preliminary Design Report to the <br /> CITY. <br /> Workshops <br /> 1.2.59 Hold an initial brainstorming/planning workshop will be held in San Marcos for all parties <br /> involved with the Project. <br /> 1.2.60 Hold two intermediate quality control review workshops of one day each in San Marcos <br /> to review various components of the Project. <br /> 1.2.61 Hold a final review workshop in San Marcos to review the Preliminary Design Report. <br /> It is anticipated that this workshop will last two days. <br /> 1.2.62 Attend a Value Engineering workshop in San Marcos for up to two days duration and <br /> respond to Value Engineering comments. <br /> 1.2.63 Prepare minutes for all workshops and distribute to all attendees. <br /> Page 9 <br /> contractlmsclsanmarco/6000100/agreement <br />
