Preparation of presentation <br /> graphics and/or handouts for public meetings will be an additional service. <br /> 1.6.2 Additional services will include, but are not limited to: <br /> A. Preparing applications and supporting documents for government grants, loans, <br /> or planning advances and providing data for detailed applications. <br /> ~ <br /> B. Revisions and changes required after approval by the CITY of the preliminary <br /> design report. <br /> C. Preparing archeological surveys and 404 Permit Applications. <br /> D. Appearing before regulatory agencies or courts as an expert witness in any <br /> litigation with third parties arising from the development or construction of the <br /> Project, including the preparation of engineering data and reports for assistance <br /> to the CITY, where the matter does not involve a claim of negligence on the part <br /> of ENGINEER. <br /> E. Investigations involving detailed consideration of operation, maintenance and <br /> overhead expenses, and the preparation of a rate schedules, earnings and <br /> expense statements, feasibility studies, appraisals, evaluations, assessment <br /> schedules, and material audits or inventories required for certification of force <br /> account construction performed by the CITY. <br /> F. Sampling, testing or analysis beyond that specifically included in Basic Services <br /> or Special Services. <br /> G. Attending meetings and developing data and information required for zoning <br /> and/or plat approvals of construction sites except as included in Basic Services. <br /> H.
