Program Management <br /> I 1. General Administration. Perform general administrative duties <br /> associated with the Project during the preliminary, design, and <br /> I cqnstruction phases, including progress monitoring, scheduling, general <br /> I <br /> ! correspondence, office administration, and invoicing. These duties <br /> include maintaining contact and liaison with the Owner and Project staff; <br /> ensuring the needs of the Owner are met in a timely manner; providing <br /> communication; monitoring work on the Project; and ensuring that the <br /> work is executed in accordance with the work plan, within budget, and <br /> on schedule. <br /> ~ <br /> 2. Meetings and Workshops. Participate in the following meetings and <br /> conduct workshops to review progress and facilitate the exchange of <br /> ideas and information. <br /> a. Conduct a Project initiation meeting with the Design Engineer to <br /> clarify the Owner's and Program Manager's requirements for the <br /> ! Project; review available data, project organization, staffing, and <br /> I establish lines of communication. <br /> b. Facilitate progress meetings with the Owner, Design Engineer and <br /> other parties designated by the Owner throughout the preliminary <br /> and design phases to review progress and exchange ideas and <br /> information. A total of 15 meetings (one per month) is anticipated. <br /> . <br /> c. Facility Tour. Participate in a tour of 'water treatment facilities <br /> similar to the proposed treatment process and/or equipment. It is <br /> anticipated this will be a three day trip in the Texas area. Costs <br /> will include salary and expenses for Project Management team <br /> only. <br /> A-1 <br />
