Attend one meeting in San Marcos to present the results of the <br /> -~ value engineering review and to answer questions. <br /> 2. Second Review. <br /> a. When the design is 70 percent complete, assemble design data, <br /> drawings, and cost information from Design Engineer for use by <br /> .' the value engineering team. <br /> b. Conduct formal value engineering review when the design is 70 <br /> percent complete. This will be a 40 hour session. <br /> c. Prepare a report covering the value engineering review and <br /> furnish 10 copies of the report to Owner. . <br /> d. Attend one meeting in San Marcos to present the value <br /> engineering review and to answer questions. <br /> F. Comprehensive Water Rate Study. <br /> 1. Project Orientation, Data Collection, and Policy Review <br /> a. Prepare and submit to the Owner an initial list of data needed for <br /> financial studies to supplement those already in Program <br /> Manager's files. <br /> b. Meet with Owner representatives to review the Project scope of <br /> work and schedule to insure that all participants are in agreement <br /> as to the responsibilities and coordination efforts required. Policy <br /> considerations which the Owner desires to be incorporateq in the <br /> study will be discussed. <br /> c. Meet with utility representatives to review available basic data <br /> which have been assembled and to discuss the proposed capital <br /> improvement program and anticipated future operating <br /> requirements. <br /> A-5 <br />
