Program Manager will provide thorough user instruction in the form of a manual for the model, supplying adequate documentation for subsequent use of the model by Owner staff. An on-site one-day training session will be conducted by Program Manager to familiarize Owner's staff in the operation of the computer rate model. 7. Reports and Meetings -- I Program Manager considers communication with the Owner to be essential during all aspects of the study and proposes the following: a. Attend one meeting with the Owner's representative at the start of the study to obtain data, information, and policy direction for the proposed study. b. Attend one meeting at the conclusion of the revenue requirements development portion of the study to discuss capital improvements financing and to obtain Owner staff comments and policy direction on the timing and need for revenue/rate increases. ~ c. Attend one meeting at the conclusion of the cost allocation and rate design process with Owner representatives to obtain input into final rate recommendations. d. Attend one meeting to present and discuss final study results with the Owner's City Council. e. Attend a training session to instruct the Owner's staff in the use of : the rate model software package. ! ! , I Provide to the Owner adequate draft copies of a preliminary report f. incorporating the findings of all facets of the studies. g. Based upon review comments received on the draft report, make modifications as necessary and provide adequate copies of the final report incorporating the findings of all facets of the studies. G.
