Schedule and attend monthly progress meetings, and other <br /> meetings with Owner, Design Engineer, and Contractor when <br /> necessary, to review and discuss construction procedures and <br /> progress scheduling, engineering management procedures, and <br /> other matters concerning the Project. <br /> c. Submit to Owner monthly construction progress reports cpntaining <br /> a summary of the Contractor's progress, percent complete, status <br /> ,-- of milestone activities as well as deviations of critical path items, <br /> cost reports indicating expenditures to date and projected cost to <br /> \ complete, contract change orders and claims, general condition <br /> of the work, significant items requiring resolution and the <br /> responsible party, problems, and resolutions or proposed <br /> resolutions to problems, procurement activity, delivery and <br /> ,', installation of Owner-furnished materials and equipment, and <br /> quality control activities. Review the progress schedule for work <br /> not started or incomplete, advise the Owner, and issue scheduling <br /> directives to Contractor to make adjustments in their work to meet <br /> completion and Milestone dates. <br /> d. Review the progress schedule, schedule of shop drawing <br /> submissions, and schedule of values prepared by the Contractor, <br /> and provide comments concerning their acceptability. <br /> e. Inform Owner and Contractor regarding work which is known to be <br /> defective, or which fails any required inspections, tests, or <br /> approvals, or has been damaged prior to final payment, and <br /> advise Owner whether the work should be corrected or rejected, <br /> or should be uncovered for observation, or requires special <br /> testing, inspection, or approval. <br /> f. Review applications for payment with the Contractor for <br /> compliance with the established procedure for their submission, <br /> and forward them with recommendations to Owner, noting <br /> particularly their relation to the schedule of values, work <br /> completed, and materials and equipment delivered at the site, but <br /> not incorporated into the work, <br /> g. Record date of receipt of shop drawings and samples. Receive <br /> samples which are furnished. at the site by the Contractor. <br /> Forward shop drawings to Design Engineer for review. Distribute <br /> approved shop drawings to Contractor and Owner. <br /> A-17 <br />
